Harford County Executive David R. Craig and County Executive-Elect Barry Glassman met at the Harford County Government Administrative Offices to facilitate the transition between their respective administrations.
In 2011, Harford County became the first county in Maryland to allow citizens to report issues using a smartphone app. The interface, called "Harford County Connect," can also be used through the county's website.
